New Music Tuesday 11/28

The Tuesday I’ve been waiting for is finally here. I hit Virgin Megastore before work and bought two CD’s for the first time in the longest.

First up the album I’ve been addicted to for the past week or so the so good it’s ridic…Clipse has finally released their second album with Jive “Hell Hath No Fury”.

I was fortunate enough to get it last week from the Smoking Section which also has a really good interview with the boys over on their site today.

After that I was really excited about the newest Incubus. I have been a fan of them for ages. They were the only band to overcome the whole Nu Metal/band with a DJ fad and be good as far as I’m concerned.

They have smart lyrics and the music itself is just good work. The newest album is called Light Grenades. I’ve had it for almost two weeks and it’s my favorite thing they’ve done since Morning View.

I love this album because it meets my start to finish standard. I didn’t get an itchy trigger finger to skip ahead a track even once.

And in other news Jordan Catalano’s newest album was unleashed on the world as well. Enjoy!

I find the whole thing hilarious that grown people are scanning the room for potential people of browness before they say Nigger. Then they insist on holding your gaze while they say it…eyes being the pathway to the soul my super effective colored spidey sense will know they are merely repeating not believing.

Welcome to the Future.

I have been posting less the past two weeks for two reasons.

Big things at work have been keeping me geniuinely busy during the workday and even into overtime territory.

Even more importantly… The Internet at my house is on strike. Not the one or two day strikes that have happened before. Permanent F you strike.

Now I could always stay at work a bit late or turn up early and get all my essential internetting done, but one other thing is important… The Internet is where I watch TV.

Any and all TV. Last weeks SNL, torrent.  Heroes, Online Player.  Prison Break, MySpace.

So I’m off to get the Wireless Broadband from Verizon. It’s a hard hit to the pocket monthly, but it’s now a neccesity.
