New Music 9/26

Here’s a quick rundown of what you should have kept an ear out for this past Tuesday….

The Scissor Sisters put out a sophomore album called TA-DAH. They owned me heart and soul last summer. I expect this album to be just as wonderlicious (it’s a word now, deal with it). Make sure you get the Deluxe version it features a second disc of material.

Jet also put out a second album. On thier first album Get Born they had the song “Are you Gonna Be My Girl”. It was very dance in your underpants. Not vouching for this one, but I will at least give the second go around a chance.

I absolutely hated that first Scissor Sister’s album. Listened to Ta-Dah a few weeks ago and actually thought it was alright. My brother-in-law loved the first and loves the second as much, so who knows.
