According to People Star Jones has been told not to report for work Wednesday morning (6/28) after her "heartfelt" farewell speech Tuesday morning. I know, I know you were at work and missed it.

Star is in damage control mode and making a beeline to do "Larry King Live" on Wednesday night. Don’t they know no matter what she did it’s bad juju to fire someone on a Wednesday. She could’ve had the whole week off.
